Hi im Saudia A. Gaspar. I was diagnosed stage5 Chronic Kidney Disease or CGN. And the only way i survive is to undergo for dialysis 3x a week and my monthly injections and maintenance is so expensive. I wish to have a donor for my kidney. Im still fighting and dreaming to live normal like before. GodBless
