HELP ME FIGHT THIS RENAL PARENCHYMAL DISEASE💪💪👊👊

Im Hanzel Mulano 34yrs old, im jolly person until i was been diagnosed for a Renal Parenchymal Disease, life was not easy because our parents died early but still i was able to stand strong and be independent. Although there are supports comming from our relatives it still not enough.

Currently Im working as a customer representative on a company but due to the circumstances that i do have kidney problem im always off to work thats why at the moment im struggling financially.

it all begins last September 2021 I experienced most of the time muscle weaknesses particularly my upper and lower extremities are being paralysed that i cant at least stand and walk for a while it tooked a couple of days to recovered. As mentioned by doctors im loosing a lot of potassium "Hypokalemia" is what the doctors named it and aside from that theres some irregularities on my blood pressure sometimes its elevated. These December 2021 a couple of test was done looking for the main reason why im experiencing this irregularities and doctors found out my kidneys are totally damage, the left side of the kidney became small due to damage and the right side is damage as well, i was been informed that the right kidney is just compensating the left side and if this becomes worst i might be in need undergo dialysis. I am urgent need of new laboratory results ,need to go couple of KUB ultrasound to check my kidneys and alot of consultations. It really pricey but if these what it cost to save my kidneys il do everything for it.

I wanted to have a normal life continue doing my everyday routines and most specially live my life to the fullest. Help me saved my kidneys as early as now i wanted achieved my dreams in life. Im knocking on your doors to help me up financially and your prayers as well will be very much appreciated.
