Police Give NO Prosecution to Rapist. Please help to stop the rapist from roaming around!

Hello, I'm Hilda* (not my real name).

I am seeking help from you to fight with my rapist (I cannot name until my lawyer advises me) who deceived me and drugged me. The rapist was currently set free with no charges at all from the police.

I'm going for a civil case with this rapist and stop him from harming anybody else and this may be a tough fight because considering of these factors:

• His registered address on identify document has nobody staying there.
• His company is a virtual office, so nobody knows his whereabouts.
• He used virtual office to print on his food product stocks and sell it to supermarkets. Phone number and address cannot reach a single person from his company.
• He is a very cunning and sly person because he has planned everything out before executing it.

I may have to fight a several rounds before the court can do anything to him.

My Story

I manage a small business and this man contacted me for a business plan. I met him on several occasions alone in the public to discussed about the business plan. After a few months, he invited me to his office in a private property of his. We bought some lunch to have before continuing the project. He offered me a glass of red wine and I agreed (because my alcohol tolerant is good, like I can drink a few bottles of red wine by myself). Next, he gave me some of baileys and he drank some himself. The fishy part is when he kept insisting to give me the second glass of wine, which I declined. He went to the pantry to pour the wine (I don't know what he did to the wine) and return to give the wine to me. I reluctantly accepted it. I noticed that he didn't drink the second glass but I didn't think anything more than that. After the second wine, I felt really tired that I feel complete asleep within 10 minutes. I remembered myself struggling to keep myself awake and the next moment, my vision was in complete darkness.

This man woke me up and told me to go his bed and lie down. I said no need and I wanted to leave. He pulled me and pushed me to his bed. I was so weak and dizzy that I fell back to darkness. The next moment was all his despicable act on my body including kissing, licking and penetrating. I couldn't move. I totally couldn't move as I was heavily drugged. I knew the actions were happening because I feel it and I took a few glimpsed of it. However, TRUST ME, I seriously cannot resist.

After he stopped his actions, I was left on the bed naked until it is late night. He woke me up to get me to shower. I refused but he pushed me into the shower with the towel. At that moment, I totally forgot what has happened and I am confused why am I naked. I was so dizzy that I cannot verify which is a shampoo or soap. I just pressed one liquid and rinsed through my hair.

Then, he sent me home. As I was living with my boyfriend, he was very concerned as he missed call me a lot of times but I wasn't able to pick up due to the drug. He tried to ask me questions but I couldn't comprehend his words.

The next day, I was so dizzy that I cannot go to work. I cannot orientate my footsteps so I have to call it an off day. My boyfriend looked at me and found a pubic hair on my eyelash. I was very regretful that he threw it somewhere because he doesn't know what is that for.

This man called me and said he is going to offer me a car and shares of his company, which I really don't want. I don't need any single shares or his gifts because I no longer trust him. After telling me all that he is going to give me, he did not speak about the incident on the day before. So I asked him what happened yesterday. The man stopped and thought I didn't know that I knew what happened that night. He replied that he cannot tell me details because there are adults around him and he will call me back the next week (which is after 72 hours). I immediately went to report to the police and I was there for more than 12 hours. Medical tests and all the evidence that I can prove have been recorded. It was very clear from my phone conversation that I have no love interest with him, only about business.

After 6 months, this man was released with no charges. The Singapore Police Force released him with 'will take no further actions against him' due to insufficient evidence and they replied me to go for civil court case.

My Life Currently

After that incident, I was given all injections and pill to prevent STD and AIDs. I had a horrible time with the side effects. I vomit and continuous diarrhea every single day. It has stressed me so much that my brain starts to think slower and get muscle spasms on my limbs and face.

I cannot cope with my emotions and hatred that I have to stop my job. I am waiting for my sessions with psychiatrist and neurology in public hospital, due to the long waiting time.

I am consulting my lawyer on the next step that I should do. However, I do not have so much money to fight with that man. That man may have all the money to fight this war against me, but I'm no where near. I still do wish to fight for my rights and serve this man what he deserves.

1. How long does it take for a rape case to have a closure?

I was told that rape case may take 1 to few years before it is concluded. My case was closed within the shortest period of time, 6 months. I don't try to mean anything but this was really weird.

2. Why was I unable to resist him when he does the act?

I have been asked this during investigation and I really don't know how to explain the drug effect. I was never drugged so I never knew how it is able to make sure that I'm unable to move or think on my own. My mind is already in another land. It is definitely not drunk because I will never be so lost control of myself with merely a 2-3 glasses of alcohol. I can bet with this if they gave me some alcohol to prove myself.

3. How did the medical result went to prove your evidence?

The police refuses to give me any information or investigation done. I cannot even know the result of it unless my lawyer retrieve it from them.

I wished to know about it but they police refuses to let me know anything more. I'm seriously not too sure what kind of evidence that they wanted other than my medical report, blood test, forensic test, my clothes, phone conversation, security camera from the building and so on. Probably this man have cleared all the evidence before the police arrived. No matter what, I must stop this predator from continue roaming around with his cunning schemes.

5. What happens if you have more than the amount you needed?

As for now, I don’t know how many rounds I’ll need to go to court as I’m waiting for my lawyer’s advice. However, if money given still have remainders, I’ll donate it to another fundraising campaign with prove & updates shown here.
