Campaign Story
I'm 27 years old, a polio survivor. I was infected with the polio virus on my left foot when i was 2 years old, I've struggled with it for 25 years now. I just finished my education in Norway and i was called in for a post polio corrective surgery. This is a long awaited call from the hospital but the sad part is that i don't have enough funds to take care of myself during and after the surgery and rehabilitation period.
The surgery is supposed to take place on the 29th of August and the rehabilitation period is at least 3 months afterwards. During this period i will not be able to work so I need some help to pay my bills and take care of myself until i'm back on my feet.
With a small contribution from many, i will not be forced to turn down this opportunity to get the surgery i have always dreamed of due to lack of funds. Please join me fight Polio.
