Help me fight lupus

Dear friends,

My name is Miglena, 30-year-old woman, a journalist, living in Sofia, Bulgaria.

My health problems started a few years ago, but the symptoms were unclear and common. Till the last year whet I got a sore renal inflammation and joint pain. One of the doctors guessed it might be an autoimmune desease and he was right. I've been diagnosed with lupus in April 2015. I started a therapy immediately - a pulse corticosteroid therapy with methylprednisolone and endoxan, I'm also taking Medrol and Imuran. The treatment's really hard, but I cannot take all this corticosteroids for a long time, despite I see good results. I desided to try to stop taking the pills when I achieve remission.

One of the options for that time is called Imunovenin - Human normal immunoglobulin, made in Bulgaria, but the National Health Fund does not cover the expenses. It will cost me around 700-800 dollars for an infusion. The treatment will last at least a year in the beginning and when I achieve remission infusions once a year will be completely enough to keep me in a good condition.

It's imposible for me to finance all this. I need your help to start over my life. Please support me and my family in this hard fight.
