Hi. I am DIANNE UMALI, 24, from San Juan, Batangas. I am in need of financial assistance to support my medical condition. I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) last November 2019 and it worsened this February 2020. It affected my kidneys and was diagnosed again w/ Lupus nephritis Class 3, one of the most serious complications of lupus. With this, I will need to be confined every month for 6 months and quarterly thereafter. I hope you can send me a little help. Thank you all so much and may God bless you and your families.
