Help me ....feel free....

I want to feel free and not have to have the constant worry and stress of how I will be able to clear my mortgage. As I’ve gotten older I’ve realised that life gets harder, with age comes more responsibilities. Not only now do I have the normal worries of ensuring all the normal bills are paid on time but now I’ve come to a certain age and have the added worry of how do I clear my mortgage on top of paying all the bills. Taking on a couple of jobs to ensure everything is paid and that my child does not go without. That daily burden I feel, that sometimes feels stifling, which only seems to get worse as I get older. It somehow feels worse as a single parent, not having the other half to lean on and work through everything together. Life is a little like treading that wheel yet never feeling like it’s getting anywhere, never breaking the mould, no matter how many extra hours I work. My thoughts are, how would it feel to be free of the burden, to actually feel freedom in away that makes me breath easier each day and sleep better each night. I’ve ran half marathons and raised money for different charities over the years and if I see a homeless person in my area albeit not often, I will always go and buy them a sandwich and bottle of water as in my eyes there situation and daily burden is far greater than mine. Yes, the feeling I get for doing this is a good one and yes, some people would say I’m silly doing that If I can’t afford it but 90% of the time the gratitude on the persons face when I give them their dinner is blinding and in my eyes far worth it. So, I write this as I sit here trying to think of ways to earn/raise money to clear my mortgage. I wonder how many people would feel self gratification knowing even donating £1 that they are helping me on my journey to breath easier and ultimately to feel free.....
