Help me equip my home gym

I want to equip my own home gym because the weather is really bad right now here in Split, Croatia and as I can see in rest of the Europe also (just found out about 2 dead persons in France and Italy which is terrible to say the least and my thoughts and prayers go to them and their families!)

To return to the purpose of the campaign it would be so good if I was able to workout anytime regardless of weather and season especially when to conditions are harsh as now... Help me if you consider this a worthy goal of mine to pursue!

First goal is a pair of dumbells and jump ropes.just to start things off!

Second would be battle ropes and a weighted vest for conditioning and weighted pull ups!

My ultimate goal would be to buy an Airbike as I find it excellent for my cardio sessions.

If you guys exceed my expectations and really surprise me with amount of donations then even a power rack or a power tower would be an option in the end!
