Help me employ my husband

I have a small business, it gives work for just one employee (=me). I have an idea to employ my husband who recently lost his job because a long-term illness without cure or rehabilition. I have now got an idea with him to find a way to work a little. It's just that illness makes me unwilling to make invest with a bank loan and saving needed money takes 2-3 years.

My husband has several symptoms coming and going, mostly affecting his memory and making his life painful. Doctors don't know what is wrong with him and doing nothing has negative impact on his mental wellfare.

The funds I'm raising is going to business invest and will give a part time job to my husband, a way to provide him some income and ensure the future of my small business.
