Help me pay my debt and start a business

I only need about $70 but GoGetFunding requires me to atleast have more than $250 so I entered $251. Anyway, I received a letter today, January 19th PHL time demanding for me to pay P3,333.02 (about $70) within 5 days from receipt of the letter and the fifth day would be on the 24th of January.

Otherwise, they will file legal actions against me without any further notice. Now, I can't blame them for doing this and I don't want to run from my responsiblity but this is really worrying me. I know that this is all my fault and I should've been more responsible with how I mange my money back then. But I'm asking for your help with this, just this one time. Please help me. I don't wanna have any record and I don't wanna go to court.
