Help me develop an app for businesses

Hello all,

My name's Njabulo i'm a 23 year old BBA student who works part time in sales and i'm on this website to get funding for my app RadiFind i'd like to start but I lack fincances and developing expertise. With the help of an app development company I'd like to develop an app that is mainly focused on businesses and individuals with skills they'd like to sell to help them market themselves within their radius. Hence the name RadiFind

In this fast paced world that we live in almost everything is revolved around technology and science because it's more reliable,efficient and faster than the old system.In a nutshell the app will assist businesses and skilled individuals advertise their services or products using geographic qualities integrated in the apps and fellow app users in your locality will be notified once a new business has opened depending on their location settings e.g a restuarant within 100 kms has just opened its doors and would like the locals to know about it but advertising can be a bit costly or a plumber within 5 kms who would like advertise his services, the app will inform fellow app users who have the app and users can set up profiles with their credentials and contact details. I have already given a full presentation to an app development company but I need funding to get started. I'm asking for the amount of $8500 and I am dedicated to putting all my time and effort to get it off the ground. Thank you
