Help me cycle Canada to Argentina & you get cool stuff!

Hey there!

My name's Quinten (seen in the stocks above) and in September I'll fly to Vancouver, Canada, hop on my bicycle, and start pedalling south - all the way south - towards Ushuaia, Argentina and the bottom end of South America! At the moment I have most of my gear and a quarter-built bike, but with your help I'll be pushing myself and all my worldly possessions (and maybe one of yours, see below) through Death Valley, across the Baja Peninsula, around Guatemalan volcanoes, past Colombian paramilitaries, up the Andes and over the Atacama Desert in no time!

"That's all well and good, but what's in it for me?" I can almost hear you cry. I thought you'd never ask!

$10 or more gets you a shout out on the blog I'll be keeping while I'm gone, which you can find at quintendo64.wordpress.com

$30 gets a postcard telling you how I'm going and what I've been up to from somewhere on the road.

$50 gets you two postcards: one from somewhere in North America, and one from somewhere in South America.

$100 gets you one of those postcards from every country I swing through along the way!

$150 will get you an "Indiana Jones" style short story starring you or the special person of your choice, set in any one of the exotic North, Central or South American locales through which I shall pedal.

And for a whopping $200 or more I will carry the figurine or token of your choice (nothing too large, heavy or fragile please!) in my panniers every kilometre of the way. Every now and then you will receive an email with a photo attached of your token living it up on holiday somewhere in the Americas, before it is posted back to you, thoroughly refreshed after a long holiday.
