Help me cure my Dog

Hello, My name is Jan from Laguna and living on my own on a rented house. I'm currently unemployed and just living with my save money from my previous work. I have 7 dogs which I adopted because their owner is just gonna let them die as a puppy in the middle of nowhere. One of my dog is ill and I don't know what happened or what to do. I currently don't have enough funds to bring him to the vet to find out what happened and to cure him as well. My dog name is Heyhey. He does not eat and only drinks water that he will vomit afterwards. He already lost a lot of wieght and I don't think that he will last long if he continue to be like this. Please help me save my dog. I don't want to lose him and he is just months old.
