Help me create jobs and accomplish my dream

Hello my name is Viorel i am from Romania. Here for the regular people is very hard to find a job and make a decent living. When i was younger i lost my parents so i needed to take care of myself and i always had a dream : to help other people like i once needed that help.

I need 8,500 euro to open a carwash and this way i make 10 available jobs for people that realy need them, help me give a reson for smiling to other people.

This is my dream, the total investment is 15,000 euro, i came acorss some personal issues, and after i invested 6,500 euro,wich i worked 3 years for,and now  i don`t have the rest to fulfill my big wanted dream.
