Help me cover my mother’s medical expenses!

Towards the end of 2017 my mother got into an accident while crossing the road, she was hit by a drunk biker & was admitted to the hospital. Stayed in the hospital for almost a month & we spent over $20,000 for the hospital bill. She was discharged from the hospital but she still needs to undergo treatments & the travel expenses are taking up our remaining savings. Any help would be appreciated.
