Help me complete medical school

Hello, my name is William, I'm a programmer, but my dream has always been to do medicine and help the poorest people in my country. I do medicine in a public college, but I need to keep with food and lodging, because it is in another state and when I study I can not work because the course is an integral period. I've had enough of trying to study with the little savings I had. I slept in ex-brothel and house without bathroom for the price I could afford. Unfortunately, even studying "for free" costs money. I ask for help. A student loan so that I can study for the 6 years with the least amount possible.
