Help me complete a place called Home

Hi everyone. Please forgive me for not disclosing my real name due to a few reasons.

I am 19 this year, freshly graduated from one of the polytechnics.

Two years ago, my parents (one taxi driver and housewife), applied for a sale of balance and it came right after. Immediately after the house arrived, we took up a loan from the government for the house, total amounting to $200,000 approximately.

Things took a turn when my mother was started acting weirdly and hallucinating, daily episodes of rage and illogical conspiracy theories came from her. Fast forward 2 years on, she has became alcoholic and a heavy smoker, no there was no treatment due to our low income and her strong refusal (she will turn verbally abusive and violent if we try to persuade).

Our supposedly home, the current flat we live in has became a quiet and empty nest.. the flat my parents bought had renovations halted due to lack of funds, with unfinished paintwork, unfinished water piping and sink etc.

Many may ask, why dont I go out to work and earn some money. Yes I am doing that but my take home pay is only enough for basic bills like electricity, water, conservancy, even daily necessities like food and alcohol for my mum. I do not have any social life or hours for myself. Most of the time I have to rush home to take care of my mother, who sometimes have suicidal thoughts or turn violent.

I am barely holding on to the hope of giving my parents a comfortable place to shift to and hopefully, become better in health and changing the current dead mood in the house.

If i may humbly request kind souls to help me a little so that I could complete my renovations and shift to a new environment, in hope that my mother will feel better and improve her condition in a new environment.
