Help me compete in Moscow

Köszönöm, hogy időt szán arra, hogy elolvassa a történetemet! Medvigy Krisztiánnak hívnak, 18 éves vagyok és van egy álmom, amit egyedül sajnos nem tudok véghez vinni. 2011-ben kezdtem el kung fuzni, kisebb kihagyás után 2016-ban kezdtem el versenyezni. Számomra a kung fu nem csak egy harcművészet, hanem egy második családot is jelent. Két főbb kategóriában lehet versenyezni, első a sanda, azaz küzdelem, másik a taolu, azaz a formagyakorlat, amelyet jómagam képviselek.

Versenysikereim közé tartozik, hogy többszörös országos bajnok és Európa bajnok 1. és 3. helyezett vagyok. Hogy miért is álmom a 2019-es moszkvai Európa bajnokságra kijutni ha már úgy is nyertem EB-n? Nos röviden úgy lehetne összefoglalni, hogy a 2018-as EB egy új versenysorozat, ezért az ellenfelek többsége nem volt olyan színvonalú, mint akik Moszkvában lennének. Feltehetőleg ez lenne az utolsó nagy versenyem, mivel tanulmányaimat nem itthon szeretném folytatni, ezért is érne ilyen sokat számomra az egész.

Felmerülhet a kérdés Önben, hogy miért nem támogat a szakszövetség engem? Sajnos azért, mivel csak utánpótlás versenyzőket támogathat, koromból kifolyólag már nem felelek meg ennek a kritériumnak.

A verseny maga április 25-től tartana május 2-ig.

Költségek, amiket fedezne a fenti összeg:

Utazás- retúr repjegy Moszkvába ~240 EUR
Szállás- eseményszervező által kijelölt hotelben, 7 éjszaka ~525 EUR
Vízum- turista vízum ~110 EUR
Étel, ital ~100 EUR
Ruházat, válogatott melegítő ~100-150 EUR

Sajnos kevés időnk van, március 23-a a nevezési határidő, azonban optimistán állok a dologhoz és bízom, hogy elérhetem a célom.

Dear Reader!

Thank you for spending time reading my little story! My name is Krisztián Medvigy, 18, and I have a dream which unfortunately I cannot achieve by myself. I started practicing kung fu in 2011, after a short time of not going to training sessions I started competing in 2016. For me kung fu is not only a martial art. Not only was I able to find a good place where I could train but my second family. You can compete in two different categories, first is sanda which is fighting, the second is taolu where you present a form, this is the one that I represent.

Throughout my career I have achieved multiple Hungarian Championship titles and a 1st and 3rd place in the First Shaolin Wushu EC. Why is it my dream to fly out to Moscow to compete in the European Championships if I have already won one? Long story short it was a different competition series where the best competitors did not come who will definitely show up in Moscow. Perhaps this would be my last major competition due to the fact I would like to continue my studies abroad, that is the reason why it would mean much to me.

You might ask 'Why does not the Hungarian Kung Fu Federation offer support?' Unfortunately they only support underaged competitors so I do not fit the criteria.

The competition will take place in Moscow, from 25th April to 2nd May.

Expenses that would be covered by the amount of money above:

Travel- return ticket to Moscow from Hungary ~240 EUR
Accomodation- in hotel, provided by the organizer, 7 nights ~525 EUR
Visa- tourist visa ~110 EUR
Food, drinks ~100 EUR
Clothing, national warm-up suit ~100-150 EUR

We have little time, the application closes on 23rd March but I am an optimistic person and hope with all your support I can achieve my goal.
