Help me- Challenge to pursue Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)

Good Day!

I was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis (MF) last 2017. MF is a dreaded disease. It is a bone marrow disorder that disrupts our body's normal production of blood cells. The result is extensive scarring in bone marrow, leading to severe anemia, weakness, fatigue and an enlarged spleen. The one known curative treatment is called Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) & this is very expensive. The cost is a whopping 3M Pesos. I tried a Chemo Medicine called Ruxolutinib (Jakavi) in a small dosage (5mg bid) for 14 months but the expectation to shrink my spleen did not materialized. My Transplant Doctor wants to normalize my spleen size prior BMT. So, I need to increase the dosage from 5mg to 20mg bid. The cost increases from 124K Pesos to 282K Pesos per month for the medicine. It was subsidized by Philippine Government office that is giving financial assistance about 8K Pesos for the medicine. I have my savings but allotted to the education of my lovely daughter. So, I need your mercy to help me in this endeavors. I still want to extend my life for my daughter & I will fight this dreaded disease for her.

As of now, I am now Blood Transfusion dependent every 6 weeks. This is not good according to the Doctor due to developing antibodies prior transplant. I am also waiting for financial assistance from our Government so I can start the increased dosage of Jakavi.

So, for those that have luck in the world or have excess fund, pls. share your blessings by funding my BMT before this dreaded disease transform into Leukemia where I do not have much time to waste.
