Help me buy shoes

Hello everybody.

The reason why I've started this fundraiser is because I am in urgent need of money. My goal is to afford new sneakers. In the pictures above you can see the only sneakers which I own (and have had them for the last 5 years). As you can see, they're in a really bad condition. The inner sole has rubbed out, and now there is noting but rubber and pieces of fabric underneath my toes. The point of the shoe is falling apart, hence the glue simply stopped holding the pieces together.I had to duckt tape it. Behind my heel, the fabric has been completely torn. There are small holes in the bottom of the shoe and water is leaking through whenever it rains.

I’m usually not a person to post about my problems and ask for help, but I've realised that my situation is not good and I can't do much about it. I don't have the money to buy new shoes myself, and I'm currently unemployed. I'm a high school junior and in all honesty, the only money I have is for bus and lunch expenses.

I've been ashamed to wear these sneakers out in public. I've had anxiety attacks because I couldn't handle the looks and ridicule people were giving me for this. I feel isolated. It really appeals to me not to go to school just to avoid having to wear them. I'm too ashamed to date. Spring is approaching and it's soon going to be sneaker time again. I already know what that means for me. It's all a cycle that's been going on for years but I seriously hope that my situation can get better.
