Help me buy my girlfriend a gift

Hello good people,

I'd like to surprise my girlfriend with a gift because she deserves it, she has been working really hard for few months now + we recently had our three-year anniversary and I couldn't afford anything special.

I'd like to get her a bike or a golden necklace, those are two things I know she'd like.

*disclaimer*

My girlfriend and I do not live in poverty or anything like that, we live together in a studio apartment and we can afford to pay bills, food and a trip to the seaside every summer. I'm finishing college and have a student job which is okay, I just can't afford to buy things I know she really wants.

This campaign is a shot in a dark as I know there are people who need funding much more that I do, but I figured it can't hurt to try. Any help would be appreciated.
