Help me buy an apartment

I live on the 4th floor without an elevator with 3 children in an apartment that is not ours. I can no longer carry so many things up and down 5 times a day. We play and fantasize about buying our apartment soon. I desperately want to buy an apartment as soon as possible and have the children fulfill their childhood dreams. I work but unfortunately we can't take out a loan. The good always returns to the good.
