Please Help me buy a Macbook pro to proceed my career

I need a MacBook pro to continue my career as a developer. the reason that I need a MacBook is that I would like to develop mobile apps and to do so I will need a MacBook to sign the apps for the apple store. I am also working on game development and other application development. I would truly appreciate the help as I can't save any money to buy a new laptop and the one that I have at this moment is a 2012 model Fujitsu ah531 which is sadly very old and impossible to create iPhone apps, I am the sole provider for my family and without this laptop, its a huge struggle as I can't take any large projects at this moment and website development are dying out and it's becoming more difficult to make a living from just creating websites and that's why I would like to start mobile app development. I just completed my flutter course and I am now ready to start app and game development and all I need to start developing is this MacBook pro.
