Help me buy a motorcycle

I am very passionate about cars and motorcycles. Since I was 18 I wasted nights and hours of the day looking at youtube videos of bikers vlogging as they were commuting to work in USA. I ve always dreamed of owning one. Now I finally have the opportunity to go to a motorcycle school to get my license. However I will need funds to buy my first bike. The bike in question is a Honda Hornet CB750. A beautiful machine that will help me commute through my city without wasting too much money on gas. In my city there is a big problem regarding cars and the limited parking spaces and getting to work is sometimes difficult due to the lack of parking spots and so the bus and the subway are the only 2 available options but its not that great of a system. I will apply for a special program where I can trade my old car for the bike, unfortunately it only covers for around 2000 euros from the bike; the rest I will have to pay and also make a down payment on the bike. I know its a stretch. I know its maybe dumb and a lot of people need the money more than me; so all Im asking is just consider help my dream come true: help me buy my first bike. Im pulling strings myself and trying to get funds but I cant by myself.

For those interested: NO, I cannot buy a second hand bike cheaper because that requires a cash payment of 2000+ euros (which I dont have) and the program of trading in the old car with the bike doesn't apply on second hand bikes or websites. It only covers new bikes/cars from the dealership. I also cannot make a loan to buy a second hand motorcycle because that requires more money upfront. The old car program gives me a headstart and I pay less but it cannot fund the whole thing. Also I think for my first bike I should get something with more tech on it and be straight out of the factory perfect, unlike cars which I fully support second hand buys on first cars, on motorcycles due health and safety concerns I feel like its more appropriate to opt on a new bike with warranty than a second hand one that might fail you in the least expected way resulting in injury or even fatality.
