Help me buy a laptop to learn graphic design

I am a student at The Jose Borromeo Legaspi Momorial National High school. I can't afford to feed my family due to a lack of money. Now the family has to get food by taking a bank loan. Banks do not want to give bank loans because they are poor. So I was forced to come to this platform.

I have been home now for 9 to 10 months. I want to learn graphic design and open a business to start printing and providing graphic design services. To get started, I need to buy a powerful enough laptop to learn and do graphic design.
