Help me buy a laptop for next semester!

Long answer:

I study Informatic Engineering in a Mexican college called Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo (ITH) and my current laptop is very outdated (5 years old) with a Pentium processor wich is currently causing some performance issues with the applications we use this semester with makes very frustrating doing homework, it even struggles to have Microsoft Word and Google Chrome opened at the same time. Also, even tho I give it constant maintenance, to both software and hardware, it is starting to get incredibly slow and it even is overheating.

I need a new laptop because we are going to use heavy applications starting next semester, such as Visual Studio, SQL server and the infamous Android Studio. What characteristics does the new laptop needs? Well, because of Android Studio pretty high actually, I checked the Hardware requirements and they are pretty high compared to what I have right now, and also looked in some forums and they say that it is even more than the official requirements https://www.quora.com/What-are-the-recommended-har...
