Help me buy a laptop

At first I introduced me. I'm Zakaria. Age 19 years old. I am a student. I learned the web development as well as study. My financial condition is not very good. I have an Android mobile. I am learning web development with this. It is a lot of trouble learning through Android mobile.I am finished a lot of HTML and CSS in trouble. I'm trying to learn the ability. But they need to have computer or laptops to learn. But my financial condition is bad. So I can not buy. If you help me, please I could buy a laptop.Please help me buy laptop.
