Help Me Buy a Laptop

Hello! I am a prospective university student with my intake commencing in September this year. As a university student, almost all of my activities for school or work require a personal computer or a laptop and my trusty laptop has stopped functioning.

I received this laptop as a hand me down from my aunt back in 2014 and have been using it for five years now and needless to say, I have been gratefully using it all these years. After all the years of lagging that I have grown accustomed to, to the screen blacking out occasionally and half the keyboard not working, I managed to power through pre-university assignments. (The red tapes in the picture is actually holding the screen together.)

I have been working shifts since January this year but there's only so much I can do for myself because i am saving up to pay my tuition without the help of my parents.

My laptop not working is now another load on me that I am unable to carry. I have been stressing over this for a few weeks, desperately calculating my budget but unfortunately, what I earn is far from enough for me to purchase a decent computer what with flight tickets to book and overly expensive textbooks to buy.
