Help me buy a car

Hey people, I need help to buy a car.

I really can't afford to buy one, but as time passes by I'll need one really soon.

My wife is unemployed and we live from my salary, it's aproximetly 400€ worth here in Serbia. We have a son, one and a half year old and second baby is on it's way. We will need at least some sort of transportation since we live like 10 km from the city center. So if anyone is willing to help, we would be thankful.
