Help me buy a camera :)

I am a student without any income and also an aspiring film maker looking to start a Youtube Travel video channel. But I don't have and can't afford to buy the required gears for the same. They say the best camera is the camera you have, with the same thought I already planned for my first local trip next month with just my mobile phone. But due to some motherboard failure my phone is dead now (it would take like 200$ and over a month to fix it)and I am without any gear options. So I would be very grateful if you could fund me for a camera. Any donation is highly appreciated, even if I don't meet the deadline i would try to buy the best within the gathered money.
