Help me build the recording facility of my dreams

Hello everyone,
I have been dreaming of building a recording facility since the first time I went in a studio to record some of my music. It has always been my dream to create a state of the art recording studio, different than those that already exist. Different vide, great hospitality and a really warm working space that will hug new musicians and their creations! I love this job so much that the last 3 years I have been studying Audio Engineering at Middlesex University of London. Because of my tuition fees it is really hard for me to buy recording equipment and built my studio.
That's why I'm asking for some help because no matter how hard I try and how much I work, my income is not enough to cover University fees and studio equipment...
