Help Me and My brother build a Gaming PC

Good Day

I've been saving up for one, but it's not nearly enough. I have been using my current laptop to game, but i only am able to play free and low quality games. It's been a dream of mine to own a fully equipped PC that would allow me to fully appreciate the games and allow me to stream. It doesn't have to be top of the range, just capable. Any help no matter how small would go a long way to helping me achieve my dream.

My brother uses a laptop which can only run old games on the lowest settings.
