Help me build a gaming pc

Im a 18 year old from South Africa and i've always loved gamimg. Unfortunately where im from its hard for me to play games as i do'nt have enough money to buy a p. I work as a waiter at a local restuarant, which makes it hard to save money as most of it goes to buying food and paying my rent. I would love to be able to build my first pc and hopefully be able to experience the fun i see al these people online have while playing games.
