Help me build a decent PC

I was born and raised in a not so financially great family and as such, I'm struggling to pursue what I love the most which is computer. I'm currently an IT student who is specializing in cyber security and computer network. I've build many PC before but they are all my friends/colleagues' requests. I'd love to have my own PC with decent spec as my current one is very outdated already. I have a dream of starting my own web server or opening a computer store or even both. I also loves to play video games especially strategy and first person shooter like quake or doom but I barely have 20fps even with lowspecgamer's (from youtube) settings.

I don't really like doing this kind of fund raise but I'm absolutely desperate to have a build I could call my own.
