Help Me Build A Budget Gaming PC

I always wanted to do live stream on twitch or in facebook but I cant do that because I have a bad gaming pc the pc spec I am using right now is only fm1 asus motherboard, a6 3670k apu processor..my motherboard got fried last year because of high voltage now my audio and mic sound card in my motherboard is not working anymore i have to use the usb audio/mic adapter so i can listen to my pc sound now im planning to build a budget gaming pc but I dont have money to build a new pc. ..
