My son Kyle Bobryk has been parentally kidnaped from Miami, FL to Budapest, Hungary. Since then I Have fought for my son to be returned home in the Hungarian courts and in Florida court via the Hauge Convention for the past year.

As of Early December, In the Hungarian second instance court, Kyles mother was ordered to return home to Miami with him by mid December. Kyles mother has not returned, willfully disobeying the Hungarian order and has since appealed the order to the Hungarian Supreme Courts in attempt to get this order stuck in endless appeals and for me to run out if money to fight the appeal prosess.
January 22nd we appeared in the Miami court which only resulted in the judge pushing the case to a different judge to wait and be heard at yet again a later date.
Although these are all massive steps in the right direction we are still a long ways away from Kyle being back in my arms.

NEXT STEPS

1.) File for another hearing in Miami with the new judge.

2.) Continue to fight for the order to be enforced in Hungary.

After Kyle is returned the following step will be establishing a family sharing plan in hopes for at least 50% custody of myson

Asking for money is the last thing I wanted to have to do, but nothing is more important than returning Kyle home safely. So please I ask for your help. If that for you means sharing my story with as many as you can or donating to my son and mines cause. I appreciate even the time it took to read this more than you know.

Thank you.
