Help me bring families together

My family owns a guest ranch in the heart of the Texas hill country. It is a beautiful ranch that for many years has been bringing families and friends together from all over the world. There is a beautiful 3 story rock lodge on 300 acres with a few cabins as well and will accommodate roughly 90 people. Ranch is fully staffed and has +/- 30 horses and a pair of donkeys. I have worked there for two years, and have personally witnessed many events ranging from weddings to family reunions, Girl Scout and Boy Scout camping trips and equine education classes, healthy and wellness retreats, writers retreats, and good old fashioned family vacations. This ranch holds a very dear place in my heart as well as the hearta of many of the people who visit. To be able to watch families bond with each other while enjoying a horse back ride through the hills, is an experience one is not likely to forget. Every night the guests sit around a campfire visiting amongst each other as well as with the cowboys on staff, while the kids chase fireflies and roast smores. My family just told us that they are ready to retire and are going to sell the ranch. It's my dream to buy the ranch and to continue to offer the same service as we always have. There are many guest that return each year to stay, and have very well become a part of the family. Not to mention, my 98 year old grandmother refuses to leave.
