Help me breathe normally again

I am Jin, 26 years old and I haven't smelled anything for more than 3years and I cannot breathe through my nose since then too, which is now affecting my throat as well. Ive been an Overseas Worker since I graduated from college and the salary I earned is always just enough for my family's needs and it resulted to me, not taking good care of my health. Being the typical man, I thought everything's going to be fine after few doses of meds, but I was wrong. Until my mom convinced me to visit the doctor, long story short, the Doctor told me that it was nasal polyps and it was already blocking my nasal passage and it needs to be removed as soon as possible or it will completely block my nose causing me to breath through my mouth permanently which will lead to throat infection.

I just started to search for a new job employment locally which makes the surgery quite impossible as I know I wont earn that much.

I still believe in the kindness of humanity. Any amount will be a big help for my surgery so please help me breath normally again.
