Help me breath again

Please help me to breath properly again.

I desperately need my nasal septum straightened which is in very bad condition. Giving me headaches, sinus problems and most of all difficulty breathing. I also have sleeping problems, waking up wit a shortage of breath.

I was completely unaware of it since it is not something you can notice from the outside, blaming all my promlems on sinus infections or allergies.

Please help me to get a professional help...
