Help me bedoel mezelf though a operation

In 2017, I had a gastric sleeve surgery. Thank God I have lost 40kg. For this I am already very grateful. But now I have a lot of skin left. It is giving me backpains and psychological issues. Since the person in the mirror is still not me, I went for a consultation with the cosmetic surgeon. This turned out to be a real letdown. The amount it would take for me to have a normal body would be €17500. Myself, it would take 5 years for me to save that amount. So hopefully some people want to help.
