Hi I'm Siannah and I'm transgender. Due to the healthcare system in my country being a complete joke in regards to trans issues, the costs of transition are phenomenal. Gender reassignment surgery alone is $10,000 :( not to mention medication, hair removal and cosmetic procedures..... Please understand that being trans is not a choice, it is simply just the card that some of us are dealt..... I would be quite happy to share the progress of my transition with those of you out there kind enough to help out with any as size donation that you can spare.... Thankyou in advance Sia J xox
