Campaign Story
Hi! Thank you for looking at my fundraiser. I'm a single woman of 32, and my dream is to own a home and rent out bedrooms in order to cover the mortgage, build equity, and hopefully have some extra money to put onto my student loans each month. I have worked very hard over the last 2 years increasing my salary by earning a promotion, improving my credit score by over 100 points, and decreasing my student loan debt by over 16k by putting as much of my paycheck that I don't use on food onto my loans. I am already approved for a loan, I have found a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms to rent!! (I will live in one of them) I am ready to go forward with my plan and start this journey, I would really appreciate some help with the down payment. I will match whatever is raised but this will make a world of difference to me on this adventure. I don't know what challenges may come but I'm ready to learn and invest in my own future by becoming a home owner and making my property work for me. You'll be helping a motivated and goal oriented young woman, with no family money or inheritance to rely on, create a wonderful future. I will be eternally grateful for any assistance you can give! You are the strongest person I know. Not many people can survive what you have been through to become the person you are. I think it is so great that you want a place for students to help them to realize their dreams. Your are such a giving person. I hope someone can help you with your vision.
