Help Me Become A Doctor

Hi all, my name is Megan and im 28 years old. Growing up I always wanted to become a doctor. Unfortunately after I finished school one of my parents became very ill which meant I could not go onto attend college and ended up in dead end jobs never being able to save always covering bills and unable to live my dream to become a doctor and help people. I have now started trying to save a little but I really need help for my first year to get started so I hope people here will help me.
