Help me become a Doctor

I came to Philippines to become a Doctor. My agent back home in Nepal convinced me that tution here is whole lot cheaper. But when I came here I now know that its thrice the price my agent told it will cost. My family cannot afford this cost. It is my goal to become a doctor but I cannot bankrupt my family when they are trying to build themselves up after the devastating earthquake in April 2015, for the sake of my aim.
