Help me beat osteomyelitis and save my right leg

Hello everyone, my name is Kosta. Just to make everything shorter, I had a car accident and so far I had 10 surgeries and now I need 2 more surgeries which are hard without having a job and not being able to work at all, so medical bills are enormous. If you can donate, thank you very much.

I am missing part of my bone( 8cm long and 2 cm wide and need to be replaced by the bones from my both hips and before that go through the treatment of removing bacterias and we are talking about months...Antibiotics are not working anymore and working less and less. I am walking now for few years with support and I was looking for a job of any kind but, simply they do not want anyone who can not lift and carry 20 kg around or stand in one place for more than 3-4 hours...Sadly, the Country does not care and this is my last choice... there is a big possibility to have bacterias leak into my blood system and..wouldn't be good, shortly..thank you, everyone, for just 1$, every single $ is a house to me. Picture of me on the start is because x-ray pictures and pictures of my draining puss and everything else is not for everyone's stomach. At the moment I have titanium bar inside and a bone atm which is thick as a neon bulb, almost non-existing.

What I didn't mention is that the surgery is in Turkish Hospital which takes for me money for the plane ticket, hospital bill and I have some small 800$ savings from my parents to help me out...I am coming from a poor family and I am not ashamed to say poor, we all love each other to the sky and back.
