Help me be with my child

I am on a legal battle with my ex Husband, while he’s not entirely interested in the welfare and growth of our child, his family are interfering with the divorce proceedings and custody matters as his grandma feels that the child belongs to her. They have been going around town maligning me for domestic violence and police stations to make cases of child negligence but during mediation, my child’s care and control was given to me, because of this marriage it has traumatised me to the point I will bawled anytime when my baby is with them during access time and I have to go for counselling on my own accord for emotional support. Not only that they are taking advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner, his family has always been pushy and disregard me as the child’s Mother, trying to replace me. As much as I wish to believe Singapore’s law is fair, without enough funding I can only give up and separate with my child. She was the only reason that’s kept me alive in that horrendous household where I am humiliated, constantly mentally abused and all crumbled when a fight broke out between his grandma and I. She hit me and slapped me, I took into account of her assistance when my ex Husband wasn’t providing for my baby and I. But I was too naive to think so, she made a police report accusing me while the incident happened in her house with her family, none of them will speak up for me. And she told me I was the reason he’s out there with other women, and even if we divorce he will replace me and give the child a new Mother. I feel so helpless.
