Help me be happy

I'm a 21 year old girl who needs your help. I've been suffering from social anxiety and depression for the majority of my life. I had to drop out of highschool at the age of 17 since the bullying got to me so much. Ever since then I've been trying to finish school and get a job but it hasn't worked out great. I still have some school to do before I finally finish and I can not get a decent job because of my lack of experience, education and of course my anxiety. I struggle to call people, to go to the store, to talk to strangers etc. My family does not understnad and instead of helping they've told me I might get kicked out as they don't want me in the house anymore. I have tons of family issues like my dad hating me, my mom drinking every single day and being so mean to me and my little sisters. The only person who truely cares about me is my amazing boyfriend who lives thousands of miles away from me, all the way in England. We barely get to see each other every couple of months because of money. And I miss him so much all the time. I'm afraid I'll lose him if I don't figure out something soon. And on top of all this I've been suffering from very agressive reoccouring UTIs for the past year. I've been to countless amounts of doctors but they have either not known how to help or just flat out ignored my prombelm and talked to me in a degrading manner. I don't know what to do. I'm constantly on antibiotics and so much pain.
Overall I've decided to give Gofundme a go because I feel miserable and don't know what else to do. If I got any donations I would spend it on getting myself a phsychologist and a good private urologist. I feel like if my mental and phisical health could improve my entire life cound get amazingly better. I just want to not be sad and in pain all the time, do something with my life and see my boyfriend.
