Help me be able to start again

I know a lot of people needs more help than I do. But this is me trying to do everything I can to be able to start again.

I'm 24 years old and I'm really ashamed of my situation right now. A year ago, I have a nice job, savings. Everything was okay. Until I had to help a friend in need. She's the breadwinner and needed money for emergency. It exhausted my savings. Few months after, bills piled up and I couldn't pay everything with my salary. I couldn't tell my family coz they too are suffering financially, since we needed to support my grandmothers who are diagnosed with cancer and an aunt. It was a bad year for us. Because of desperate need, I had to resort to online lending companies which are operated by Chinese people. Most of them are illegal and not registered in our country but it was already late when I knew about this. They would lend you PHP 4,000 and would make you pay after 7-14 days with double interest. (If you couldn't pay, they would harass and shame you thru facebook or will text your contacts) It was hard. Until everything piled up. I had to give up my apartment and travel almost 8-10 hours back and forth trip from our home to work. Banks won't approve my loan application. I've asked so many people for help, but it seems like nothing is working.

I just hope I'll be able to start again. Since up to this date, I've been receiving demand notices and harassments.

Please help me be able to start again.
