Help me be able to pay medical school tuition

Hello There My name is Muhammad Sarib Baig, i'm a student going to study in Medical college after my entrance exams, and my financial status isn't very good nor of my family as my childhood savings are just accounted to $50-80. Due to the covid i couldn't find any part time jobs that have enough of a pay to help me study further on my own and i do not ask you to help me pay my tuition fee all i require of you my friends is to help me get a gadget so that i can work. I have learned graphic designing and have been practicing for an year now but have struggled to get any tasks or projects on any freelancing sites i.e. fiverr, upwork nor freelancer because i have a 2nd hand laptop with very old specs that i use i cannot achieve my skills to the fullest, i have read that many graphic designers use an iPad for delivering their skills to the max and it is quiet convenient to buy rather than a new laptop or PC that delivers better performance than my current one. So please fellow friends i ask you to help me buy an iPAd and a pencil so i can work better and also make cartoon comics so that i can pay for my tuition and dorm fee. Also the price of goal is high as in my country paypal is unfortunately unavailable therefore 12% will be cut if done by local bank, i'm really sorry for that :( but if you are still willing to help i'm really really grateful to you, Thank you so much.
