Help me Buy A Second Hand Car

I am 46 year old man living in Penang, Malaysia. I am married with one boy.

In 2018 I was medically certified of having a disability and cannot work full time.

My disability:

1) Suffered a stroke in 2015 - left me with reduced physical strength throughout the whole body,

2) Suffered diabetic Retinopathy in 2016 which left almost blind but recovered with emergency operation - reduced eyesight to about 70% of normal

3) Suffered from End Stage Renal Failure (Kidney Problems) - having to get Hemodialysis treatment for my whole life.

As of now, I am having Dialysis treatment 3 times per work for 4 hours per session. I am unable to ride a motorbike because of my strength and unable to drive a normal sized car because of my eyesight. The nearest public transportation requires me to walk about 1 kilometre which is hard on my breathing and knees.

I am looking for funding to get a second hand smallest car possible like the Smart Fortwo which is small and narrow enough for me to commute 15km every other day to my treatment, help my wife to send my son to school and hopefully to start a small business.
